3. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup and delivery schedules are subject to availability.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary.
• Customers must ensure availability during pickup and delivery.
• DryOxy reserves the right to reschedule pickups due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Garment Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect garments before handing them over. DryOxy is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage.
• Weak fabric due to wear and tear.
• Color fading caused by fabric condition.
• Damage resulting from manufacturer defects.

5. Stain Removal

While we use professional stain removal techniques, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed for all garments or fabrics.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Remove cash, jewellery, documents, and valuables from garments.
• Inform us about delicate fabrics or special care instructions.
• Provide accurate contact and address information.

7. Payments

• Payment may be collected before or upon delivery.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional charges may apply for special treatments or express services.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before processing begins. Once garments enter the cleaning process, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Delayed Collection

Customers are requested to collect garments promptly. DryOxy may charge storage fees for items not collected within a reasonable period.

10. Limitation of Liability

DryOxy's liability for loss or damage shall not exceed ten (10) times the cleaning charges paid for the affected garment or the fair market value of the garment, whichever is lower.

DryOxy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or interfere with website operations.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, images, text, and trademarks are the property of DryOxy and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Promotional Offers

• Offers may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
• Only one offer may be applicable per transaction unless otherwise stated.
